Product Specialist, Alipay Experience Technology

Product Specialist of Alipay Experience Technology Department, responsible for the company's internal experience metrics product. Graduate student of Peking University's Department of Digital Media Technology, he has gone to Boston University (BU) and Dublin University (DCU) in Ireland to conduct research on human-computer interaction. With ten years of experience as a product manager, he has been involved in various products such as business, tools, games and data platforms, and has a deep understanding of user experience. He has been a serial entrepreneur in game and O2O e-commerce industries which emphasize on user experience. He was a member of the ECIR 2013 organizing committee, and shared the application of image recognition technology in human-computer interaction in the workshop of the conference.

AI-driven experience optimization for user experience and business growth

Alipay, as a national-level APP, carries a huge number of user services, and behind each service there is a complex user dynamic line. How to ensure that these lines of motion truly meet user needs and bring quality experience? In this session, we will discuss how Alipay uses AI technology to not only analyze user behavior data, but also proactively gain insights into the hidden voices of users behind their behaviors. We will introduce how to combine subjective feedback and objective data to build a unique experience metric model and experience science system, so as to accurately identify and optimize the pain points in the user journey. Through real-life examples, we will show how to achieve a win-win situation for both user experience and business growth in the process, and provide new ideas for product experience optimization.
