Case Studies and Practices of Fully AI-Driven Businesses and Autonomous Companies
The implementation of AI agents is increasingly revealing two distinct trends: One focuses on enhancing the efficiency of existing tools, evolving into SaaS+AI; The other involves fully segmenting a business domain and delivering results entirely through AI—for example, various AI-powered coding tools. The former leads to new forms of SaaS, while the latter gives rise to entirely AI-driven business models, such as Robotaxi and other new operational paradigms. This talk focuses on the latter. By sharing real-world case studies, it demonstrates the novel possibilities unlocked by AI. It uncovers the underlying logic behind these cases to reveal how AI introduces fundamentally different rules of the game compared to the internet era. It also explores the underlying technologies to clarify the relationship between AI’s capabilities and its real-world commercial applications. This session is ideal for those interested in AI’s disruptive potential rather than its incremental improvements.
