Previously worked at Roche Pharmaceuticals (China), responsible for the transformation of enterprise-level business agility and organizational agility, and the construction of enterprise agile capabilities. Participated in the formation of the PMO team of Bealead Omni-channel E-commerce Co., Ltd., and promoted the implementation of agile development methods in the state-owned enterprise system. Served in the IBM Greater China Agile Center of Excellence and served as the head of HP GDC agile implementation project.
