Junhua Yan

ex-VP of Huawei, leader of IPD product transformation

As a core team member, Dr. Junhua Yan was fully involved in the IPD/ISC change at Huawei, which was considered a milestone change in Huawei's history by Zhengfei Ren. Dr. Yan has extensive practice and in-depth research on large technology product development process, business architecture design and process building business of R&D-oriented enterprises. He had served as director of Huawei's Pilot Center, vice president of the Pilot Department, director of the Wireless Product Line Planning Committee, vice director of the Enterprise Planning Department, and advisor to the president of Huawei Terminal Company. He is the vice president of Shenzhen Enterprise Architect Association. D. degree in Automation from Tsinghua University.
