Coze: Reshaping Productivity with Agents
The wave of AI Agents is surging at an astonishing pace, signaling a fundamental transformation in software development and product paradigms. This is not merely a technological iteration, but a profound reshaping of production relationships: the traditional boundaries of developers are dissolving, and the paradigm of application building is shifting entirely from code-driven to intent-driven. As the vision of “everyone is a developer” moves toward reality, product managers are confronted with a new era’s questions: How should we navigate this paradigm revolution? How can we build and evaluate high-quality AI-native applications? This talk will explore how **Coze** systematically addresses the challenges of developer generalization and paradigm evolution through its complete product matrix. The content will cover the “building” stage, which lowers the barrier to entry, and the “optimization” practices that push the upper limits of application performance. It will also broaden the perspective to the human–agent collaboration ecosystem represented by “Coze Space.” The goal is to inspire product managers to think about the direction of product evolution in this era of transformation, and to provide attendees with valuable insights for product construction and optimization.
