Andrew Qian established New Access Capital in 2003, which is managing 6 RMB funds now. He was formerly a Vice-President of Softbank China Venture Capital. He received the honor of “2008 Top 10 Young Investors in China”，“2013 Outstanding PE/VC Achievement Award”and one of the "Ten Most Influential Angel Investors of the Year 2016 in Shanghai" by People's Daily Online.Andrew Qian received Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School. At present, he is the vice president of Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association(ZVCA), vice chairman of Shanghai Pudong Association of Industry and Commerce, entrepreneurship mentor of the EMBA program of the SJTU Antai College of Economics and Management(ACEM)
