Four stages of B-side product practice
From the capability stage, scenario stage, solution stage and matrix stage, we will introduce the four stages that a B-end product may go through or cross with its development, what are the characteristics of B-end products in each stage, what is the focus of product practice, and what is the focus of the corresponding B-end product manager's ability requirements. The whole sharing will be combined with the lecturer's experience in building Tencent's intelligent translation and intelligent assessment products and other real evolution processes to elaborate.
