Lin Tan is a senior strategic advisor, executive coach, and innovation mentor specializing in the technology industry. With leadership experience at global technology companies including Apple, Oracle, CA Technologies, and Microsoft, he previously served as CEO of Microsoft Accelerator Beijing, where he led the team to earn recognition as one of China’s top technology incubators for multiple consecutive years and supported the growth of more than 230 startups across AI, cloud computing, enterprise software, and other emerging sectors.
He currently serves as a Management Practice Mentor at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Peking University HSBC Business School and as Founder and Chief Futurist of the PKU HSBC Future Lab. His work focuses on artificial intelligence, the digital economy, and corporate innovation strategy. By integrating Silicon Valley innovation methodologies with Chinese business practices, he has developed a unique framework centered on second-curve innovation, AI-driven business models, lean incubation, growth acceleration, and executive leadership development.
