From Autonomous Driving to Physical AI: From a Mass Start to a Solitary Long Run
Gansha Wu is the Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Uisee. He joined Intel China Research Center in 2000 and was promoted to Intel Fellow in 2011. In the same year, he led Intel’s company-wide long-term technology strategy for big data. In 2014, he became President of Intel China Research Center, spearheading strategic initiatives in 5G communications, artificial intelligence, and robotics. In 2016, he founded Uisee, with the vision of becoming a world-leading provider of autonomous driving technologies and innovative mobility services by 2030. Since 2000, Wu has authored 29 academic papers and holds 28 U.S. patents, more than 10 PCT patents, as well as dozens of patents in China and other countries. He currently serves in numerous leadership and advisory roles, including Member of the Zhongguancun Entrepreneurs Advisory Committee, Council Member of China EV100, Council Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, Executive Committee Member of the China Digital Economy 100 Forum, Council Member of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and Member of its Intelligent Driving Committee, Distinguished Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF) and Member of its Big Data Expert Committee, Executive Director of the Chinese Association of Automation and Vice Chairman of its Intelligent Vehicle Committee, Member of the Internet of Vehicles Committee of the China Institute of Communications, Vice Chairman of the China Chapter of the ACM Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence (ACM SIGAI), and Vice President of the Beijing Alumni Association of Fudan University.
Jian Xie
Chief AI Officer, Du Xiaoman
Jian Xie is a computer scientist and recognized expert in artificial intelligence. He currently serves as Chief AI Officer of Du Xiaoman and is a member of the Editorial Board of the international academic journal Intelligence & Robotics (IR). He holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Wuhan University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Earlier in his career, he became one of the youngest Principal R&D Architects at Baidu and served as a member of the company’s Technical Steering Committee. With more than a decade of experience in both research and engineering leadership, his expertise spans natural language processing, search algorithms, computational advertising, and conversational AI systems. In 2023, Jian co-founded Baichuan AI alongside Wang Xiaochuan, serving as Technical Co-founder responsible for large-model architecture design and technology implementation. Prior to that, he led the development of DuerOS, Baidu’s intelligent voice assistant platform, and guided his team to win the world championship at the DSTC-10 Multi-Turn Dialogue Challenge. Jian has received numerous accolades for his contributions to artificial intelligence, including the Special Prize of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Progress Award in 2022. In the second half of 2025, he joined Du Xiaoman as Chief AI Officer, where he focuses on advancing the application of large language models and AI technologies in the financial services industry.

By integrating Silicon Valley innovation methodologies with Chinese business practices, he has developed a unique framework centered on second-curve innovation, AI-driven business models, lean incubation, growth acceleration, and executive leadership development. Tan Lin has provided strategic advisory and executive coaching services to leading organizations including ByteDance, Kingsoft, Zhipu AI, Huawei, Tencent, SF Express, Haier, China Construction Bank, and Ping An Insurance. AI Reshaping the Future of Services: Ping An’s Exploration and Practice
Tufang Tu currently serves as General Manager of the Intelligent Service Product Department at Ping An Technology, where she focuses on driving the adoption of AI applications across the organization. She is fully responsible for the strategic planning, product design, and operations of “Quick Service”, Ping An Group’s consumer-facing AI Agent. From its incubation in 2025 to its official launch in the first half of 2026, Quick Service has evolved into a dedicated AI assistant for Ping An customers, covering over 90% of the group's service scenarios and achieving a 90% end-to-end resolution rate. It has since become one of the three flagship service initiatives of Ping An’s 2026 Service Transformation Program. With 17 years of cross-industry leadership experience, Tufang specializes in AI product incubation from 0 to 1, data-driven product innovation, large-scale agile management, and full P&L ownership. Prior to joining Ping An, she served as Regional General Manager of Uber China, where she played a key leadership role in launching and scaling the Uber Premium (Youxiang) service nationwide from inception. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Oracle and McKinsey, advising leading enterprises on digital transformation and business strategy execution. These experiences have equipped her with a strong global perspective and deep strategic insight.

AI-Native Shopping: Towards More Authentic Decision-Making Experiences
Currently responsible for the product strategy and development of JD AI Shopping App, leading the end-to-end design and launch of an AI-native shopping experience from 0 to 1. Focused on exploring next-generation e-commerce interaction and decision-making paradigms powered by large language models. Centered around natural language conversations, duplex voice interaction, and multimodal understanding, the product reimagines the traditional search-based shopping journey, enabling users to express needs naturally and receive intelligent support for product understanding, comparison, and purchase decision-making. It covers key scenarios ranging from product inquiries to complex buying decisions and has been successfully validated and deployed in real-world business environments. On the capability side, led the development of three core AI competencies: multimodal product understanding, multi-turn user intent modeling, and intelligent cross-product comparison. These capabilities enable the system to continuously interpret user needs throughout complex shopping journeys and generate structured decision support, transforming online shopping from information retrieval to decision convergence. The goal is to bring online commerce closer to the certainty, context awareness, and decision confidence traditionally associated with offline shopping experiences, while advancing the role of AI from an information tool to a proactive shopping companion. Previously, worked at Kuaishou, where he was responsible for the AI Application Orchestration Platform. His work focused on modularizing large-model capabilities, workflow orchestration, and multi-application collaboration frameworks, driving the engineering and productization of complex AI capabilities. This experience established a strong foundation in AI infrastructure, product architecture, and scalable AI application design that continues to inform the development of consumer-facing AI products today.
